The Daimler SEAII Aftersales Management Meeting which started on Wednesday 16th May, came to a successful completion last Friday (18th May 2018). DIMO is proud to have hosted this year’s meeting in Sri Lanka. The event was held at DIMO 800 during the three days. Participants visited the DIMO Academy of Technical Skills (DATS) as well during the program.
Mr Heinrich Schromm (Head of After Sales for the Region), Mr Chee Eng Keang (GM - After Sales), and all participants who visited DIMO 800 representing Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia were impressed with facility, DIMO’s hospitality, commitment for customer service, engagement and passion towards the brand ‘Mercedes-Benz’. Daimler Senior Management in particular was also impressed with the efforts DIMO takes in attracting customers from the latest to the oldest models for after sales services through various efforts. Their main request for DIMO was to once again work towards achieving the high CSI standards and regain Number 1 position in Daimler SEAward competition. Mr Heinrich also mentioned that undoubtedly DIMO sets the Benchmark in the region for all Daimler GD markets, surpassing certain aspects of Daimler MPC’s operations.
